• Kleen Blast Abrasive is a sand blasting media that is black in color, with angular to sub-angular granules.
• Kleen Blast is Iron Alumina Silicate that has been water-quenched, to remove most of the soluble metals and harden
• the particles at the cooling stage. The material is fresh water washed, removing unusable fines, dust and soluble
• chlorides. The result is a product which is inert, amorphous, worker-safe blast media with zero free silica.
• Testing shows all RCRA 8 Metals + 17 California metals are either undetectable or way below regulatory levels.
• QPL Approved (MIL-A-22262B), C.A.R.B. Approved for Outdoor Blasting, and SSPC AB-1 Certified.
• Typical Applications:
